Colorado broke staved off a series sweep at Arizona last night with a 9-3 win and while it's seen the total fly OVER in two straight, I think it'll have its hands full with the Padres Blake Snell.
San Diego is off a wile 9-8 home win over the Nationals last night (I had the UNDER in that one unfortunately), and while the Padres have now seen the total fly OVER in five in a row, I expect them to also have difficulties today with Rockies' starter Kyle Freeland.
Freeland is 1-2 with a 5.50 ERA and he won't be lacking for motivation today as he looks to build off his latest performance, going six scoreless against the Cards on Saturday. Freeland has not not conceded a single run over his last two starts.
Snell is 3-3 with a 4.99 ERA and he looked great in his first start back from the COVID 19 list, going four scoreless against the Phillies.
He's now thrown nine scoreless innings over his last two starts and I expect him to carry that momentum over here against this inconsistent Rockies offense.
