This is an 8* CUSTOMER APPRECIATION TOTAL on the UNDER D-Backs/Padres.

While yesterday's total flew well OVER in the D-Backs 10-1 win on Saturday, I believe we'll have much more of a "duel" on our hands on Sunday.

Both games in this series so far have been lop-sided in nature, with the Friars winning the first game 11-5 (San Diego has now seen the total go OVER in four of its last five and in three straight.)

Zac Gallen (1-3, 3.67 ERA) comes off a hard-luck loss vs. the Brewers on Tuesday, giving up just one run and striking out eight over five innings. Gallen has now conceded one or fewer runs in four of his seven starts in 2021.

He'll be opposed by Yu Darvish (7-2, 2.50) who comes in off a win over the Dodgers, holding them to one run over six innings with 11 strikeouts.

Note that Darvish is 5-2 with a 2.18 ERA at home.

San Diego has aslo seen the total go UNDER in seven of its last ten in trying to revenge a home loss against an opponent in which it conceded ten or more runs in.

This number is high, the play is the UNDER.
