***76-58 YTD!*** 10* TOP WED. AFTERNOON TOTAL (+$34K 2021!)
(MLB) Colorado vs. Seattle,
Total: 8.50 | 100.00 Over
Result: Loss
Total: 8.50 | 100.00 Over
Result: Loss
This is a 10* TOP WED. AFTERNOON TOTAL on the OVER Rockies/Mariners.
Seattle has now seen the total go UNDER in two straight after yesterday's tight 2-1 win over Colorado in the opener of this series.
And after playing to three straight OVERS, the Rockies stumbled last night by only plating the single run. Colorado won't be lacking for motivation after three straight losses.
But on a very sunny and warm afternoon in the Pacific Northwest, I expect some runs to cross the plate on Wednesday.
The vistors go with German Marquez, who is 5-6 with a 4.26 ERA. He's coming off a good start against the Brewers on Thursday, going six scoreless.
Marquez though quite surprisingly, has been vastly better at home at Coors Field (5-1, 3.59 ERA), than on the road (0-5, 5.84).
Justus Sheffield is only 5-6 with a 5.65 ERA for the Mariners, most recently getting rocked for seven runs off ten hits over five innings in a loss to the Twins on Wednesday.
Sheffield has now conceded at least two home runs in three straight starts.
I say all of the conditions are correct for a "SLUG-FEST!"
The play is the OVER.
Good luck, NP
