10* WEST-CONF FINALS TOTAL OF YEAR (+$30K IN 2021)
(NBA) LA Clippers vs. Phoenix,
Total: 224.50 | -110.00 Under
Result: Win
Total: 224.50 | -110.00 Under
Result: Win
This is a 10* WEST-CONF FINALS TOTAL OF THE YEAR on the UNDER Clippers/Suns.
Game 1 flew OVER the total in the Suns' 120-114 victory.
Phoenix has now seen the total go OVER in two straight, after beating Denver 125-118 in Game 6 on the road. Of the 11 games that the Suns have played in the post-season though, seven have fallen UNDER the number.
The Clippers have now seen the total go OVER in three straight. LA looked good over the first three quarters in Game 1, but then Paul George and company ran out of gas.
LA came back from 0-2 to beat the Jazz in six games and while they rode a wave of momentum over the first three quarters, that crashed hard in the fourth. And I think that both teams are going to come out and try and establish their defense in this one.
Clearly, the last thing the Clippers can do is to turn this into a shootout and expect to hang with the Suns.
Situationally it sets up great for a defensive affair in my opinion.
Finally, note that the Clippers have seen the total go UNDER the number in seven of their last ten in trying to revenge a SU/ATS road loss in which they conceded 120 or more points in.
This number is high, the play is the UNDER.
Good luck, NP
