Both teams came into this series on fire. So far it's been the Dodgers that have kept the ball rolling, as they've taken the first two games of this series.
LA has won eight of its last ten. San Francisco has won seven of its last ten despite dropping the first two games of this series.
With a night off before an interleague contest at Houston though, I believe the Dodgers finally get caught flat-footed here.
For arguments sakes, let's call the Giants Anthony DeSclafani, who is 4-1 with a 2.03 ERA and 0.92 WHIP, and the Dodgers' Julio Urias (6-1, 3.04 ERA, 0.85) a "wash" in this one. These starting pitchers are even, but note that San Francisco has gone 7-2 in its last nine in trying to revenge two-straight home losses in a row to an opponent.
Great value here considering the circumstances.
