AMERICAN LEAGUE SUNDAY SUPER TOTAL (+$5K ALL MLB YTD!)
(MLB) LA Angels vs. Seattle,
Total: 8.50 | -110.00 Under
Result: Win
Total: 8.50 | -110.00 Under
Result: Win
This is an 8* AL SUNDAY SUPER TOTAL on the UNDER Angels/Mariners.
The first two games of this three-game series have flown OVER the number, but we expect this finale to fall UNDER.
Seattle won the first game 7-4, while LA won yesterday 10-5.
Dylan Bundy is 0-2 with a 4.20 ERA for the Angels, but he comes in off his best start so far, allowing two runs off three hits with one walk and six strikeouts over six innings in what turned out to be an unfortunate no-decision vs. Houston in his last outing. There's no reason not to think the veteran can't carry that momentum over here in this favorable matchup.
Justus Sheffield is just 1-2 with a 5.32 ERA. He looked pretty good up till his last start where he took a loss vs. the hard-hitting Astros on Monday, allowing 12 hits over 5.2 innings. Sheffield has had the unenviable task of having to face the Astros twice already and will benefit here in that this is the first time the Angels have seen him.
Regardless, this is a great overall situational play, as note that Seattle has seen the total go UNDER in eight of its last 11 home games after allowing ten or more runs in a home loss in its previous outing.
This number is high, the play is the UNDER.
Good luck, NP
