This is an 8* CUSTOMER APPRECIATION TOTAL on the UNDER Cards/Pirates.

The Cards have seen the total go OVER in three straight. They've taken the first two games of this series, 7-3 and 12-5. We're expecting more of a "duel" here in the finale of this three-game series though, as we expect each team to get caught looking ahead to its next series, leaving the door open for these hungry starting pitchers to be the main focus in tomorrow's summaries.

Pittsburg's now lost three straight (all going over), after winning three in a row (all went under.)

Carlos Martinez is just 1-4 with a 4.76 ERA for the Cards, but he enters off his best start of the season, allowing one earned run off two hits while striking out four over five innings in his first win of the year vs. the Phillies.

WIl Crowe is 0-0 with a 3.86 ERA for the Bucs. He most recently comes in off a good start a swell, alloiwng one run off our hits with three strikeouts over four innings in what turned out to be a no-decision vs. the Twins.

Everything points to this one staying UNDER the posted number.
