AMERICAN LEAGUE TOP TUESDAY TOTAL (OFF MONSTER 4-1 MONDAY!)
(MLB) Detroit vs. Chi White Sox,
Total: 7.50 | -120.00 Over
Result: Loss
Total: 7.50 | -120.00 Over
Result: Loss
This is an 8* AL TOP TUESDAY TOTAL on the OVER Tigers/White Sox.
Detroit started off the season hot, while the White Sox started off slowly.
After the first month, Detroit is now 7-16, while Chicago is 12-9. The Tigers are 3-7 on the road, while the White Sox are 6-3 at home.
The Tigers won't be lacking for motivation here in their first serie sof the year vs. the White Sox, as they've lost nine of their last ten, including five in a row. They've also seen the total go UNDER in five straight, which I expect to definitely start trending the other way finally.
The White Sox have won four in a row including an 8-4 blowout victory over the Rangers two nights ago.
Lucas Giolito's last start was skipped over due to a cut on his finger. In his previous start he was shelled for eight runs off seven hits over one inning in a setback to the Red Sox.
Jose Urena allowed two runs over seven innings in his last start, but overall he's also been consistently inconsistent, coming in with a 4.57 ERA and 1.73 WHIP.
Look for Detroit to finally put some runs on the board in the opener of this three-game set, and expect Chicago's explosive offense to also take advantage.
The play is the OVER.
Good luck, NP
