This is a 10* TOP COMMUNITY SIDE PLAY on the New Orleans Pelicans.
New Orleans is coming off a tight 117-115 loss to the Wizards in overtime and it'll be eager to get back into the winners circle after two straight losses. The Pels only trail first-place Dallas by 5.5 games, so there's still loads of time to make up ground.
The Knicks have been playing very well. In fact, does anyone think they're good enough to win six in a row? If Julius Randle doesn't play like Kobe Bryant every single night, then New York clearly isn't going to be very competititve each night.
This is a classic "trap" though for the Knicks, who come in off two straight road victories (including a 116-106 win at New Orleans), and who have hit a vanilla part of their schedule, with six straight home games starting tonight, including bottom-feeders Charlotte and Atlanta up next.
No such luxury for Zion and company though. Situationally, I love how this sets up for the visiting side.
Outright win? With a spread like this, of course that's a possibility. In the end though, grab as many points as you can. The play is NEW ORLEANS.
Good luck, NP
