After falling 7-1 last night, I think Toronto is in a good spot to bounce-back here in the second game of this four-game series.

Toronto comes in desperate now to break a four-game slide.

"We've just got to relax a little bit and get good pitches," manager Charlie Montoyo said. "Right now, as a team, we're expanding the zone a lot and we're paying the price."

Jose Quintana has had plenty of past success vs. Toronto (7-2, 1.88 ERA in ten career outings), but he comes in with zero momentum. He was rocked in his final Spring tune-up and he gave up four runs off five hits with three walks over three innings in a fortunate no-decision to the Astros in his opener.

Steven Matz (1-0, 1.42 ERA) looked great in his Toronto debut, giving up one run and striking out nine over 6 1/3's innings of work. Matz has an advantage here, as this is the first time he's ever faced the Angels.

I think the stage is set for the Jays to get back into the winners circle on Satuday. Consider TORONTO in this one.
