The Cardinals are on a roll, as they enter having won four straight.

St. Louis won the opener of this three-game series on Thursday by a score of 3-1.

Milwaukee is now 2-2 on its current six-game road trip. The Brewers offense is only averaging 2.3 runs over their last six, so clearly this visiting group will be eager to "get off the schneid" here with a better job at the plate.

St. Louis starter Carlos Martinez has excelled against Milwaukee in the past, but he struggled in his first start this year, after allowing four runs over five innings in a 12-1 loss to the Reds last Sunday.

The Brewers counter with Adrian House, who gave up two runs off four hits in a loss to the Twins on Sunday. Houser is 1-2 with a 4.64 ERA in seven career games vs. the Cards.

Milwaukee has also seen the total go OVER in eight of its last 11 in trying to revenge a road loss vs. an opponent in which it was held to one or less runs in.
