Boston is on the ropes now after its lacklustre 106-96 loss to Philly last night. The Celtics are in danger of missing the playoffs in the watered down East unless they can string some wins together.

With their backs against the wall, the C's are going to have to push the pace here against the stingy Knicks if they are going to try and turn things around.

The Knicks could obviously care less about Boston's issues and would love nothing more than to kick this team while its down.

New York enters on top form as well, with a playoff spot a very real opportunity right in front of it. The Knicks have been great defensively all year, but it's been their offense of late which has grabbed all the headlines, most recently coming up short in a 114-112 setback at the Nets.

The situation to us points to a wide-open game, not a slower-paced, half-court contest.
