LSU avoided an upset with St. Bonaventure in the first round, beating it by 15 points. Michigan easily beat Texas Southern by 16 in its opening match, unable to cover the huge 25 point spread.

LSU looked great defensively against the Bonnies, but the Tigers are conceding 74.8 PPG overall this year.

Michigan advanced, but it's split its last four games. Here's a big opportunity to shake off that sub-par play and head into the Sweet 16 with some real momentum.

LSU's defense is a major issue here. Isaiah Livers isn't in the line-up for Michigan, but it's not going to matter in my opinion.

These offenses are identical, but the Wolverines superior defense is also a difference-maker here.
