We're expecting a shootout between these two non-conference opponents.
The Pacers certainly won't be lacking motivation after losing six of their last eight. Indiana though comes in off a confidence-building 122-111 road win over the Suns on Saturday and there's no reason not to think they won't come out with the same intensity here.
The Nuggets have been in good form of late, as they've won seven of their last ten.
But Denver will be FAR from complacent here, as it just had its five game win streak snapped in a 116-113 home loss to the Mavericks.
The over is 8-3 the last 11 between these clubs, and all signs once again point to a faster-paced "shootout," rather than a grinding "chess match."
In what I expect to be a battle until the end, look for this one to fly OVER before the buzzer sounds.
