OKC took the Lakers to OT twice and lost both times. It lost to Denver, but then the Thunder buckled down on the defensive end and managed a solid 114-109 win over the Bucks on Sunday.

Note that the Thunder are playing without leading-scorer Shea Gilgeous-Alexander.

The Blazers are coming off an emotional and high-scoring 121-118 loss to the Mavericks on Sunday.

The Thunder won the first meeting between the clubs 125-122 and while each team has been playing to some higher-scoring affairs of late, I do believe this particular one sets up as a defensive contest.

OKC will look to duplicate its defensive lockdown performance of Giannis and the Bucks vs. Lillard here.

Portland is dealing with injuries. OKC is dealing with injuries as well.
