This is a very important game for both teams. If the Bills win, they lock down the No. 2 spot in the AFC and they'll secure themselves two home victories.
Buffalo is going to have fans in the stands for its playoff games it was announced, so this is a signficant motivating factor for sure, as it means that if the Bills are able to advance, they won't have to contend with KC until the AFC Champ Game.
Miami needs a win or a Browns loss to qualify for the postseason, but it's relying on a rookie QB and it'll be playing in hostile, inclement confines and weather.
Note as well that the Bills are 6-0 ATS in their last six following an ATS win, while the Dolphins are interestingly just 2-6 ATS in their last eight Week 17 contests.
I think Buffalo's defense at home in Week 17 will be the difference maker - I'm laying the short points!
