The Chicago Cubs were swept in their last series and we absolutely love them to bounce back. With a pitcher that is on a bounce back and a team that is highly motivated, it makes perfect sense for Toronto to have a let down.


Hendricks has an Expected ERA of 4.88, 1.72 points lower than his actual ERA. He's clearly due for positive regression and should benefit from it against the inconsistent Blue Jays. Behind him is a Chicago bullpen that ranks 7th in ERA (3.65).

Rodriguez hasn't pitched deep into the game often this season, failing to pitch past the sixth inning in all but one of his outings. That puts pressure on an already unreliable Toronto pen with a 5.02 ERA and 71 homers allowed, the most in MLB. The Cubs get the win here on Friday afternoon in the Windy City!
