Boston has struggled of late but the fact remains that it hasn’t been their bats so much as their pitching has faltered. The Red Sox Pivetta has been solid of late, though it hasn’t translated in the win column personally. Meanwhile, Quantrill has scuffled in his last few starts and his numbers have slid after a strong start to the year.
