The Chargers had a 5 pt win over the Raiders in week 1. Justin Herbert looked great in the win passing for 3TDs and nearly 300 yards without being sacked. Defensively the Chargers gave up only 19 points and had five sacks and three INTs and looked solid.

LA might only be 3-13 in its last 16 games against KC, but it has covered the spread in five of its last seven trips to Arrowhead Stadium and is a solid team on both sides on the ball. The Chargers were able to pick up a season split with the Chiefs last year, and I believe they are better this year.

There is almost always going to be value on the road underdog when they are facing a team that the public loves. LA should be just as good as Kansas City offensively this season, and its defense is going to be better. I’ll take the 4 points with the Chargers on the short wee on Thursday night Amazon TV action.
