The Philadelphia Phillies didn't start this season exactly how they wanted, but they have turned it around as of late. They are currently in third place in the NL East and only 7.5 games out of first place. At the plate, they have been scoring like crazy. They are scoring 4.81 runs per game and hitting .246 as a team. This is the fourth most runs scored per game and the 12th highest overall team batting average.

I also expect the Phillies to stay aggressive once they have reached base safely. They have already stolen 51 bases this season, which is the sixth most in the MLB. Watch for Kyle Schwarber at the plate, as well. He has been on a heater, as he has already hit 23 HR's .


In the field, the Phillies have also been solid. They are currently allowing 3.88 runs per game and have a combined team WHIP rating of 1.24.
