I think we have a major pitching mismatch this afternoon. Rockies starter Antonio Senzatela is struggling after a tough start to the 2022 season as his Baseball Savant numbers are not very kind. He needs to improve his pitch mix to keep hitters guessing if he wants to fix his issues in the early stages of the season. Tarik Skubal is on the mound for the Tigers and is very good. He struggled a bit according to his Baseball Savant numbers in his first 2 starts but he claims he is now feeling better and loose after the shortened Spring. Skubal throws a five-pitch mix with all five pitches being thrown at least 9.5 percent this year. Look for him to take care of the Rockies here on Saturday here in GAME 1 of the DH.
