The Razorbacks have been the better team on all three facets. Arkansas is essentially healthy as they have QB KJ Jefferson to thank for a lot of their success - as he only passes about 23 times /game - but he is accurate and has thrown 21 TDs this season. Jefferson is a special player, he has been excellent in his decision making, as he hasn't thrown a pick over the last 6 games. Penn State can't afford to miss any assignments or he will make them pay one way or another.


Penn State hasn't done that as well as they need to and matched up vs an aggressive team like the Razorbacks, it doesn't look likely.


Nittany Lions are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 vs. the SEC.


All in all, go with the Arkansas Razorbacks essentially in a pick em situation to cover the spread and win this game in this early 12 noon Saturday ET kickoff.
