These two programs are some of the best defenses in the entire nation so the opposing offenses are going to struggle a lot in this game. QB' s Graham Mertz and Jayden Daniels are combining for 19 passing touchdowns and 19 interceptions this season so that means they are not effective enough to rely on them to score many points.

Neither program allows too much offense in the rushing game either so they should be able to force a good amount of punts.

Wisconsin is allowing 13.6 points in their previous five games while Arizona State is giving up 21.3 points in their last four. The under has hit in five of the last six Badger December games while it also hit in the last eight Sun Devils non-conference games. I think the UNDER is the best play in this final late game on Thursday night.
