5*
(NCAAF) North Carolina vs. Virginia Tech,
Point Spread: -5.00 | -110.00 North Carolina (Away)
Result: Loss
North Carolina returns its entire offensive line, as well as a Heisman Trophy favorite in QB Sam Howell. Without Clemson being on the schedule, this is the toughest game for the Tar Heels until they visit Notre Dame on Oct. 30 and NC State in the season finale.

The Heels just need to make sure they block the LBs to establish a run game here. VaTech needs to be held accountable - their DEs might be a bit slow, and their game plan needs to not be as vanilla as it has been.

The Virginia Tech offensive line is not going to be ready for the power of the Heels - they are going to have a problem getting the ball to their receivers. North Carolina needs to unleash their DEs and let them attack vs teams and QBs they are supposed to be able to handle. Which means no prevent defense.

Virginia Tech is 1-4 SU in their last 5 games
