(MLB) Miami vs. Baltimore,
Money Line: 102.00 Miami (Away)
Result: Loss
The Marlins have won five of the last six head-to-head games against Baltimore, dating back to last season. Both teams are in the last place in their respective divisions, but the Marlins have much better pitching and are also stronger defensively. Miami rates seventh in MLB with 34 defensive runs saved, while the Orioles are 26th with -20 defensive runs saved. It's also hard to back the Orioles with Jorge Lopez starting as the Orioles' right-hander has failed to make it through five innings in seven of his last eight starts.
The Marlins have Jordon Holloway going, who has pitched well, holding a 1.38 ERA over his last three starts and 13 innings. I will take the Miami Marlins here on Wednesday night.
