Jon Lester has been pitching well lately, having not allowed more than two runs in any of his last five starts. He didn’t allow a run in five innings against the Marlins earlier this season. Pablo Lopez has been very good this season but he has been hit or miss recently pitching two good starts and two poor starts in June. He didn’t allow a run in seven innings against the Nats in his first meeting this season. Look for a low scoring game here and this one to stay UNDER THE TOTAL.
