Opposing DeScalfani is Luis Castillo and he has been awful this season 1-5 with a 7.71 ERA, didn’t make it out of the 4th inning last time out giving up 8 ER in 3.2 innings. Lastly, the Reds are 1-8 in Castillo’s starts this season, and 2-7 in their last 9 home games vs a right handed starters.
