Maryland's only two loses since Jan 15th were at Ohio St and now they are coming off a home loss to Michigan St. Rutgers has trailed by double digits in 4 of the last 6 games as they seem to start slow. Maryland is the far better team but every game they seem to go into a drought for 10 minutes otherwise this would be a 10*.
