(NFL) NY Jets vs. Cleveland,
Point Spread: -3.00 | -110.00 Cleveland (Home)
Result: Win
On Thursday night the Jets must gear up for their 3rd game in 11 days, with a rookie QB Sam Darnold. With a short week the home teams seem to be more prepared and I like the Browns defense.

The Browns have played decent on the offensive front of Tyrod Taylor has really started to cause the offense to gel. Taylor has managed to sling the ball downfield for 443 yards and a couple of touchdowns, the first game was against the ultra hard Steelers. The rushing attack is actually ranked 4th in the NFL with 135 yards a game, but the leading rusher has been Carlos Hyde who has carried the ball 38 times for 105 yards and 2 touchdowns. One thing Taylor may need to do is spread the ball around more as Jarvis Landry is the player who leads the receiving for the Browns with 12 receptions, but has picked up almost half of the yardage with 175 yards gained.

The offense of the Browns is fairly well balanced and makes up for the defensive deficiencies on the season so far. Not to mention the Browns defensive backfield did manage to bounce back in week 2 and close down All-Pro Drew Brees so handling a rookie should be fairly easy and that will be a problem for the Jets who rely on Darnold for most of the offensive production. Look for the Browns to be able to bring home the win here on Thursday night.
