California is a top 45 team, a top 60 offense and a top 55 defense as well. This is an effective squad on the offensive end and they are top 50 when it comes to 2 point field goals as well. And, this is the same team that needs a big win after nearly beating Virginia in their last game as they lost to them in overtime despite leading from wire to wire. This is a team that has a lot of potential and now that Martin is in California where he feels appreciated versus Tennessee where he did not feel appreciated, we like California to step up here for the big win.
Davidson struggles on defense as they are outside the top 220 on defense and a team who really struggles in giving up 3 pointers as they are outside the top 220 as well. Note, this is also one of the worst offensive rebounding teams in the country too and Cal does very well on the offensive rebounding end as well. We like Cal to win by double-digits tonight!
