Astros over Orioles- This play is primarily posted because Baltimore clinched a playoff spot their first since 2016 yesterday with their win over Tampa Bay and they may be playing tonight’s game with a sigh of relief. Meanwhile the first palce Astros are being hounded by Texas, Seattle and Toronto for the final AL wild card spot if not the division outright. Justin Verlander (5-3, 3.86 ERA) has seen better days having been knocked around two of his last three starts but is 10-6, 3.62 ERA in 24 lifetime appearances against the Orioles but is only 1-4 in his last eight starts.
