Giants over Reds- Two teams struggling to keep pace in the National League wild-card race will send rookie left-handers to the mound. The Reds are coming off three losses in four games in Arizona, while the Giants have lost seven consecutive series. Reds rookie Andrew Abbott (8-3, 3.16 ERA), will start tonight's game and had the best outing of his 15-game big-league career in the series finale, a 5-1 win, shutting out the Giants on one hit over a season-best eight innings. San Francisco will counter Abbott with its prized rookie, Kyle Harrison (0-0, 5.40), who made his major-league debut last Tuesday in Philadelphia, allowing two runs in 3 1/3 innings in an eventual 4-3 loss.
