Brewers over Reds- It appears that these two clubs will battle it out for the NL Central until the final weeks of the season. Milwaukee just took 2-of-3 from the Reds before the break with Cincinnati winning when Elly De La Cruz took control and made the Brewers look foolish by stealing second base and third base when no one covered the bag because of an infield shift an he raced home as the pitcher and catcher left the home plate area and Cruz beat them to home plate. Three steals on two pitches. Brewers will be more aware this time around and with Cy Young winner Corbin Burnes (7-5, 3.94 ERA) take the mound and he is 3-1 with a 2.80 ERA against the Reds. Take MILWAUKEE!
