Sun (-) over Storm- Her name is Sue Bird and she had legendary status when setting NCAA records at UConn and was Seattle’s No.1 overall pick in 2002 and she became one of the greatest players in WNBA history leading the Storm to four WNBA Championships. But, Bird has flown the coop so to speak and retired and along with defection of Brianna Stewart to New York they are decimated. The loss of a pair of these superstars is too much talent to replace at this level. The Storm are 4-12 and it is not going to get any better. Take CONNECTICUT!
