Cardinals over Dodgers- Once expected to be a perennial All-Star Noah Syndergaard (1-3, 5.94 ERA) has experienced arm injuries that have derailed his career. Now, it has been smaller issues like blisters on his fingers that have sidelined him of late. He was 3-3 with a 4.22 ERA in seven career starts against the Cardinals before he was injured so I do not expect him to be better today. St. Louis was off to their worst start (10-24) in 100 years but have been on a mission to reach .500 and have eight wins in their last 10 games and get that ninth win tonight with Miles Mikolas (2-1, 4.91) who like his teammates have turned things around after a poor start. The Dodgers are 4-9 in their last 13 games in the Gateway City and the Red Birds are 6-1 in their last seven starts against right handed starters. Take ST. LOUIS!
