Phillies over Rays- After a slow start Tampa Bay is playing their best ball of the season and have moved into first place in the AL East passing the Red Sox and Yankees by winning 13 of their last 14 games. The Rays will start Ryan Yarbrough (2-3, 4.27 ERA) who is 0-1 with a 2.25 ERA in two appearances against the Phillies. The Wiz-kids will send Zack Wheeler (4-2, 2.38) and he has one start against the Rays and is 0-1 with a 5.14 ERA. But, Philly has been made the favorite here and there must be a good reason.
