St. Louis at Arizona 9:40 ET
Diamondbacks over Cardinals- Okay, I understand how bad Arizona is right now having lost 10 straight 13-of-14 and 19-of-22 after a 15-13 start. What I don't understand is how do the bookies make this a pick-em matchup when the Cardinals are 14-3 in their last 17 as favorites which they will be by game time. Matt Peacock (1-1, 4.91 ERA) has had one bad outing surrendering seven runs but otherwise has been very effective. He's making his third straight start and is off his best performance of the season allowing one run in 5+ innings against the Dodgers. Carlos Martinez (3-4, 4.18) gets the start for St. Louis and he has won three straight decisions which makes this 'price' even more inviting. I'm not falling for it or am being 'suckered.' I'm taking ARIZONA!
