Bulls (+) over Bucks- Milwaukee defeated the Heat yesterday and are locked-in to the 3rd seed for the playoffs providing the Nets 13-point favorites handle the lowly Cavaliers. The Bucks are meager favorites here after being favored by at least -8.5 or as high as -12.5 and yet now they are just -3.5. The books I believe are telling us that the Bucks will just be going through the motions. Take CHICAGO!
