Atlanta's Max Fried (0-1, 11.45 ERA) was a finalist for the NL Cy Young Award last season going undefeated 7-0 with a 2.25 ERA in 11 starts. And he is 1-2 with a 6.48 ERA including 0-1 with a 14.21 ERA at Washington. The Nationals will start Erick Fedde (2-2, 4.43) and he is 0-2 with a 14.06 ERA against the Braves in five games.
