Rockies over Phillies- A pair of struggling clubs clash in Colorado where the rockies will send right-hander German Marquez (1-1, 3.57 ERA) to the hill while Philadelphia will use Vince Velasquez (0-0, 9.00 ERA) who is 2-1 with a 4.91 ERA in seven starts against Colorado. Velasquez who has worked exclusively in relief this season is a spot starter for Matt Moore who is dealing with protocol issues. The Rockies have yet to win on the road which won't affect them here while the 'Wiz Kids' are 1-5 away from home and 1-7 in their last eight meetings in the Mile High City. Take COLORADO!
