New York Mets at Chicago Cubs 7:40 ET
Mets over Cubs- I don't like laying this kind of number on the road especially a team coming off a loss. New York will send left-hander David Peterson (1-1, 6.30 ERA) to the mound against the Cubs. He has had two starts both against the Phillies and he was bombed the first time out and responded with a great performance the second time around allowing one run on three hits with 10 strikeouts and zero walks! Zach Davies (1-2, 10.32) gets the nod for Chicago and he has been a horror show and is 3-2 with a 5.06 ERA in seven starts against the Mets. New York is 5-17 their last 22 games in Chicago and yet after a loss yesterday they are a strong favorIte here. Take the M-E-T-S!
