Patriots (+) over Chiefs- So what do we do here? Cam Newton is sidelined and the Patriots and Bill Belichick will go with Brian Hoyer who has never been impressive even at the College level. I don't know if the trends regarding New England have any value with Brady gone but Belichick still remains and the road team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings. With or without Newton playing for the Pats KC is 7-0-1 ATS in their last eight home games and 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 games overall. It really shouldn't make much difference who runs the Patriots offense as we have seen through the year's QB who won as Brady's replacement. Remember San Cassell or Jimmy 'Crappolo' who performed well as a Belichick back-up although were disappointing in other places. Take NEW ENGLAND!
