Royals over Cardinals- It took until September 22 for the Royals to be eliminated from the MLB post-season probably at least a month later than what would have happened during a full season. St. Louis who has eight games to play in the next five days will start Carlos Martinez (0-2, 8.40 ERA) who allowed five runs in his last start against Pittsburgh (only one earned). Kansas City will start Danny Duffy (3-4, 5.01) who has not faced the Cards this season but is 2-1 with a 3.91 ERA in his career. Take the ROYALS!
