Panthers (-) over Yellow Jackets- Georgia Tech pull off an opening week 16-13 upset win over Florida State as a 16-point underdogs. It isn't as though the Engineers dominated the game and more like the Seminoles are still really bad. Even after that win Tech is just 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games as underdogs and 0-6 ATS in their last six non-conference games. Central Florida is 4-1 in n on-conference games and will be welcoming the return of Dillon Gabriel at quarterback and as a true freshman threw for a record setting 3,653 yards. Look for USF to exploit the poor Tech kicking game as they had two-extra points and a field goal blocked last week. Take CENTRAL FLORIDA!
