Diamondbacks over Padres- It's just the way things go in baseball, a week ago the Padres were the latest rage with Tatis Jr. and Machado leading the way. They have (very under-rated front line pitching) but then you find that you have lost four straight and nine straight times in Arizona. The Diamondbacks will send re-tread Robbie Ray (1-2, 10.59 ERA)to the hill who has been nothing short of atrocious allowing 20 runs in 17 innings while surrendering seven homers. Ray is 33-15 the past three seasons with a low ERA of 2.89 in 2018. Garrett Richards (1-1, 3.74) will get the start and most of the money here, he's off his season's best holding the Dodgers to one run in six innings. He comes back to the pack today. Take ARIZONA!
