Pacers (+) over Raptors- Toronto who many though would take a step down after losing Kawhi Leonard to the Clippers but have played like true Champions without him. The Raptors lost their final game before the All-Star break ending a franchise record 15-game winning streak but rebounded (noticed how I fit that in) with a 118-101 win over Phoenix. Meanwhile, Indiana ended a six game losing streak with a win over Milwaukee and are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 road games. As good as the Raptors have been they are just 2-8 ATS in games following a win by 10-points or more. Take INDIANA!
