Bulls (+) over Raptors- The defending NBA Champion Toronto Raptors have dropped three straight for the first time in over a year losing to Miami, Houston and Philadelphia. Those three clubs have 50 wins between them and the Raptors won't be facing that kind of competition tonight. Toronto has taken the last 10 meetings SU including a 108-84 win this season but the Bulls are 15-6 ATS in the last 21 meetings.
