Cougars (+) over Mustangs- Hey, do you remember when the Mustangs ran the ball with the 'Pony Express' as then coach Ron Meyer had Eric Dickerson and Craig James leading SMU to 10 straight wins to open the season back in 1982. Well, I do but this group of Mustangs throw the ball with quarterback Shane Buechele who threw for 457 yards and six touchdowns against Temple last week. Houston started slow and lost their starting QB D' Eriq King and receiver Keith Corbin decided to red-shirt the rest of the season. The Cougars have won 2-of-3 since their departure and will keep this one close to the number. Take HOUSTON!
