Reds over Cubs- Chicago has busted out with three straight wins since the All-Star break and are taking over the top spot in the NL Central over the Brewers by 2.5-games. Cincinnati is at the bottom of the NL Central but are just 4.5-games back in the ild Card hunt. Tonight, the Cubs send Kyle Hendricks (7-7, 3.49 ERA) to the hill and he is making his third outing since coming off of the IL and as held to four innings in each of his two previous starts. He is 6-2 with a 3.31 ERA in 15 career starts against the Reds and has worked 14 innings in two starts against them this season allowing just four earned runs. Cincinnati will start Luis Castillo (8-3, 2.29) who is 3-2 with a 3.35 ERA in eight career starts against the Cubs including 1-1 with a 2.19 ERA this season. Castillo has been dominate allowing just 62 hits in 106 innings striking out 124. Although the Reds are 7-19 in their last 26 games in Wrigley Field they are 6-2 in the last eight meetings.
