Rays over A's- Tampa Bay has the best road record in MLB despite getting rocked three straight at Yankee Stadium getting out-scored 21-4 and have lost seven of their last nine games and are still 23-13 away from home. Traveling west may be the change of scenery needed to break out of their mini slump and the Rays will start veteran Charlie Morton (8-1, 2.37 ERA) who blanked the A's over seven innings allowing just two hits on June 10. Oakland will start ace Frankie Montas (9-2, 2.85) and he is 5-0 in his last eight starts and has allowed three runs or less in 13 of 14 starts. Yet, I look for the Rays to sting here. Take TAMPA BAY!
